No appointment necessary. Most insurances accepted. Free parking.

Receive care for illnesses and injuries, such as colds, flu, rashes, and fractures, for patients age two and older.
King George, Embrey Mill, and Stafford Lakes have x-ray services available, with Stafford Lake's x-ray services closing at 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. There are no x-ray services at the Plank Road location.

Physical Exams

Parents must provide proof of child's immunizations if the physical requires confirmation. We do not perform TB tests and hearing tests.
