Your child’s health and wellness is the focus of care provided at Mary Washington Pediatrics. The practice includes board certified pediatricians and certified pediatric nurse practitioners, all dedicated to providing expert healthcare for your child.
From well-baby visits, school check-ups and sports physicals to diagnosis, treatment and management of acute illnesses, injuries and chronic conditions, we’ll greet your child by name and deliver tender, compassionate care in our warm, welcoming setting.
Because a strong parent/physician/CPNP partnership is critical to your child’s health and development, we support and nurture that relationship with a proactive approach that includes education, preventive and wellness care as well as responsiveness to acute concerns. We get to know your family medical history and lifestyle as factors that can impact your child’s health, and we provide your maturing child with health education and guidance that promotes healthy lifestyle choices and advocacy for his/her personal healthcare needs.
In the event of a medical emergency or condition that requires emergency treatment, our pediatricians have the resources of Mary Washington Healthcare’s Pediatric Unit which is staffed by pediatric professionals from Children’s National Hospital, one of the top ranked pediatric hospitals in the country.
