Rachel Coggins, DO, focuses on noninterventional rehabilitation medicine for patients with cancer, strokes, brain injuries, and deconditioning in need of rehabilitation including mobility and orthotics. She coordinates with a multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as nurses and social workers, to provide rehabilitation care to her patients, focusing on a wide range of services.

  • Post mastectomy musculoskeletal conditions
  • Lymphedema management: evaluation and management, including DME management
  • Prehabilitation and optimization of function prior, during, and after cancer therapies
  • Cancer-related fatigue
  • Cancer-related neuropathic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Stroke: including spasticity (medication management)
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Deconditioning
  • Functional decline and mobility optimization
  • DME prescriptions: mobility aids and orthotics
  • Follow up from acute care hospital/SNF/acute rehab facility: help to coordinate care with therapy teams and follow therapy plans, DME orders
