Kids for a Cure Club CampIf you've been diagnosed with diabetes, our diabetes management program can provide the education and support you need. We work in collaboration with your physician to help you and your family develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to manage your diabetes successfully.
Our Diabetes Care and Educational Specialists are here to guide you through your journey. These videos on what the specialist does and when to see one can be a great starting point.
Our team of diabetes experts, including nurses and dietitians, will work with you individually and/or in small group sessions over about three months to create a plan that fits your needs. This gives you time to apply what you've learned and to develop healthy habits.
