Wig Room New COVID-19 Guidelines:

• An appointment is required
• Face masks are optional
• Only one person is allowed in the room at a time
• You may try on one wig
• Wigs may not be returned

How to Submit an Insurance Claim for a Wig:

Check your private insurance policy to see if your plan covers a "cranial prosthesis" as it may cover the cost a wig. Request a prescription from your doctor for a "cranial prosthesis."

Note: Patients are usually responsible for the immediate cost of a wig and will need to submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement.
