
Mary Washington Occupational Medicine is a full service Occupational Health Program. Victoria Colapietro, MD, is an experienced occupational health physician, board certified, nationally certified medical review officer, and veteran of the US Naval Medical Corps.
The clinic serves over 130 occupational businesses in Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. These services include confidential pre-employment drug screening, random drug screening, DOT physicals, physical ability testing, pre-employment physicals, pulmonary function testing, hazardous materials physicals, post-accident alcohol screening, lab testing for blood and urine, stress testing, EKGs, vision screening, immunizations, hearing tests, urgent care, and workman’s compensation.

As your travel health specialists, we receive the latest travel health precautions from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organizations (WHO) through a variety of sources and compile this information for you into this personalized, comprehensive travel itinerary.
Masking is optional at all MWHC facilities. If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms the day of your appointment, please wear a mask to protect yourself, other patients, and our staff. Up to two support persons or parents may accompany the patient inside the office.
