Snowden at Fredericksburg has long been the leading provider of comprehensive

private, dedicated facility on the campus of Mary Washington Hospital,
we offer a full spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, community and emergency care.
Expanding to 74 Inpatient Bed Fall 2020:
At Snowden, we provide inpatient services for adults and adolescents 13
and up in our 74-bed community mental health hospital. We also offer outpatient
programs for adults in the areas of mental health and substance abuse.
In addition, we treat substance abuse through an adult intensive outpatient
treatment plan.
We will recommend the treatment programs that best meet your needs. At
Snowden, we work with your family to strengthen your support system. Our
team treats the whole body by educating you on how to achieve a healthy
diet and avoid substance abuse.
Our experienced group of highly trained specialists includes board-certified
psychiatrists and physicians, clinical social workers and licensed professional
counselors, registered nurses, and expressive therapists.
All services are provided with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
