This 2.5-hour FREE class is for both mom and support partner and focuses on the basics of breastfeeding your newborn, answering such questions as how often to feed, how to position the baby, and how to latch a baby.

The class also includes a description of pumps, when to start pumping, milk storage and returning to work. The class is taught by a board-certified lactation consultant. Parents who attend report less anxiety with breastfeeding and feeling more confident with what to expect.
