Sharon Shaw, MD
Dr. Shaw completed her undergraduate degree in computer science at the College of William and Mary. After a few years of computer consulting work, she attended medical school at the University of Virginia, then pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
She has had the opportunity to work in private practices, urgent care, and more recently in COVID response efforts for the Virginia Department of Health. She lives in Richmond with her husband, who is a pediatrician with the VCU Health system. She has three young adult children.

We have been satisfied with both our visits to the pediatrician. Dr. Shaw saw us quickly and answered all of my questions. I also appreciate that they put us in a room quickly so he wasn't exposed to waiting room germs.

Dr Shaw & staff at the office were all wonderful. Very happy with the visit & outcome.

This was the worst visit I've ever had with my son for a routine visit. The doctor and one of the nurses were extremely rude and rushing.
