Through Mary Washington Medical Group's collaboration with Oracle Heart & Vascular, we bring to you Mary Washington Cardiology in affiliation with Oracle Heart & Vascular.

Oracle Heart & Vascular has been serving our region for over ten years. They specialize in preventing and managing heart-related conditions such as cardiovascular disease, heart rhythm disorders, and more. Our relationship with Oracle Heart & Vascular will provide you with access to expert cardiovascular services in the Stafford region by their providers, whom you know and trust. This new practice will also provide seamless and comprehensive access to Mary Washington Healthcare.

Raushan Abdula, MD

Anna T Czajka, MD, RPVI

Cardivascular Disease

Dr. Czajka completed her Internal Medicine residency and fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, and an additional Cardiac MRI fellowship at Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University. She is board certified in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. Micaela Iantorno, MD, MSc, RPVI, FAHA

Interventional Cardiology

Dr. Iantorno is board certified in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology. She has additional training in peripheral vascular and complex percutaneous coronary interventions. Her determination, hard-work, and pursuit of extensive training compliments her delivery of care with a comprehensive approach and several treatment options. Ejaz Khan, MD, FHRS, FACC


Dr. Khan is board certified in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Electrophysiology. He treats atrial fibrillation (A-fib) using his advanced skills and training in electrophysiology to help restore a normal heart rhythm. In addition to his active interests in clinical research and technology, his areas of expertise and advanced training include common and complex A-fib ablations, lead extraction, and implantation/management of pacemakers. Ashok J Prasad, MD, FACC

Interventional Cardiology

Dr. Prasad completed his fellowship at NY Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. He is board certified in Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, Nuclear Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and has been awarded Northern Virginia's Top Doctor awards for five consecutive years. Prithviraj Rai, MD

Interventional Cardiologist

Dr. Rai completed his general cardiology fellowship at University of Florida in Jacksonville, FL. He then completed a second fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Tufts University School of Medicine, in Springfield, MA. He is board certified in Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology and has been practicing for over 10 years.

Patients, clinical support staff and referring providers attest to his unwavering compassion, dependability, seasoned medical expertise, and thorough communication. He is a seasoned medical expert and is dedicated to fostering a patient-centered relationship built on trust.

Dr. Rai, his wife and two children live in Fairfax. He enjoys engaging conversations, cooking, traveling, and involvement in his children's soccer and track programs. Dr. Rai also speaks Hindi/Urdu and Kannada fluently.


Katherine Perez, AGACNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Katherine brings over 16 years of nursing experience managing adult critical care and cardiology patients. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia in 2016 and is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Katherine then completed a post graduate Advanced Clinical Practitioner Cardiology Fellowship. She has clinical experience in the specialty of electrophysiology working with implantable devices, diagnosing and managing arrhythmias. To learn more about Katherine, please click here.

Christina Ramia, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Christina brings with her over 12 years of nursing experience in critical care specializing in recovery of cardiac surgery, trauma, neurosurgery, general surgery, and post procedural cardiac care.
