Luis A. Guzmán, MD,FACC,FSCAI
Mary Washington Healthcare is delighted to announce the addition of Dr. Luis Guzmán to our Mary Washington Cardiology team. Dr. Guzmán brings a wealth of expertise in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, and peripheral vascular disease interventions.
His clinical focus encompasses coronary artery disease, high-risk and complex coronary interventions, and critical limb ischemia. Dr. Guzmán is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, and interventional cardiology. He is also a distinguished fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
With a rich background in academic medicine, Dr. Guzmán has served as Faculty and Professor of Medicine at Wake Forest University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Florida. His passion for the academic sphere and dedication to training future generations of medical professionals is evident in his career.

This was my first visit with Luis Guzman, M.D., following Dr. Findley's departure. Dr. Guzman is a well-qualified cardiologist, and I am quite pleased about it. Excellent feedback, professional demeanor, and provided me with the utmost confidence in his responses to my questions, encouragement, & he also spoke about the test I'd need to complete before my next annual visit.
