Neurosurgery

Welcome to Mary Washington Neurosurgery, where our mission is to provide world-class neurosurgical services with exceptional care and compassion. We treat each patient as a unique individual, offering special attention and respect throughout their journey to recovery.

Understanding Neurosurgery

Neurosurgery is a medical specialty focused on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions affecting the brain, spine, spinal cord, and nerves. Many neurological conditions can be managed through non-surgical approaches (often referred to as "medical" or "conservative" treatment), while others may require surgical intervention.

Quality Neurosurgical Care Close to Home

There is no need to travel outside of the Fredericksburg area to access exceptional neurosurgical care. Specialized services are available here, led by Dr. Visioni, a board-certified neurosurgeon, in collaboration with other physicians to ensure comprehensive care. Our practice boasts a highly trained and experienced staff dedicated to addressing the holistic needs of our patients. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care while keeping patients close to home.

Our Commitment to You

At Mary Washington Neurosurgery, our mission is to deliver the safest, most advanced, and effective neurosurgical treatments with compassion, comprehensiveness, and care. We appreciate your trust in choosing us for your neurosurgical needs.
