Mary Washington Neurosurgery is dedicated to providing world-class, contemporary
neurosurgical services with the utmost care and compassion. We are dedicated
to treating each of our patients as unique individuals, with special attention
and respect.
Neurosurgery involves the diagnosis and treatment of diseases or conditions
that affect the brain, spine, spinal cord, and nerves. Many conditions
can be managed either non-surgically (also referred to as "medical"
or "conservative" treatment) or surgically.
For many years, patients thought they needed to travel outside of the area
to receive exceptional neurosurgical care. However, those specialized
services are here in Fredericksburg. Dr. Visioni, a board-certified neurosurgeon
and his staff provide leading edge surgery and will work with other physicians
to coordinate your care. Our practice offers an expertly trained and experienced
staff who provides care for the whole patient. Our goal is to provide
the highest quality of care for our patients while, staying allowing them
to stay close to home.
Our mission is to deliver the safest, most advanced and the most effective
neurosurgical treatments to our patients in a compassionate, comprehensive
and caring manner.
Thank you for choosing Mary Washington Neurosurgery.
