Rosemary Lethbridge, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 16 years of experience in primary care, cardiology, and medical education. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Master of Physician Assistant degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She has cared for patients at Mary Washington Healthcare since 2014 and has also served in several Advanced Practice Provider leadership roles within the organization. In addition to her clinical practice, Rosemary works in Physician Assistant education, where she is involved in teaching, student success, evaluation, and the development of future PAs.
Rosemary enjoys caring for adolescents, adults, and older adults and believes strongly in practical, individualized care that helps patients understand their health and take an active role in their treatment. Her clinical interests include preventive care, management of common acute and chronic conditions, and helping patients make practical, sustainable decisions that support their overall health and well-being.
