Welcome to Mary Washington Medical Group

At Mary Washington Medical Group, your well-being takes center stage, and your safety is our utmost priority.

Our medical group is made up of more than 40 medical practices, with a dedicated team of over 150 healthcare providers, all committed to serving the Fredericksburg community. Together, we offer a seamless and patient-centered approach to healthcare that caters to your entire family's needs. Our services span across 23 different specialties, ranging from primary care to advanced surgical procedures.

While wearing a mask is not mandatory at any of our MWHC facilities, we kindly request that if you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms on the day of your appointment, please consider wearing a mask. This measure helps protect not only yourself but also fellow patients and our dedicated staff.

We understand the importance of support, which is why we allow up to two accompanying individuals or parents to join the patient during their visit in most of our offices. Please note some practices may only allow one support person due to space constraints.

Virtual Visits

At Mary Washington Medical Group, your well-being is our top priority, and we understand the importance of maintaining your regular healthcare appointments and medical management. Our providers and office teams are here to serve you.

In addition to traditional in-person visits, we are pleased to offer video telemedicine appointments, allowing you to connect with your healthcare provider (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant) from the comfort of your home. These virtual visits are secure, private, and compliant with HIPAA regulations, providing a safe alternative for many patients. When you reach out to schedule your appointment, your provider will assess whether a video visit is suitable for your needs. You can also learn more about what to expect during a virtual visit.

Video telehealth appointments are billed to your insurance, just as an in-person appointment is billed.

Your health is our priority, and we're here to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for you through virtual visits.
