Financial Counseling

We understand that cancer can affect many aspects of your life including financial concerns about cost of treatment. That is why the Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) Regional Cancer Center provides the support of a dedicated Financial Advocate as an integral part of the Multispecialty cancer team.

The Financial Advocate provides guidance regarding financial questions as well as connects eligible patients with local and national resources and programs to help alleviate some of the financial stresses. Services are provided at no cost to you and can be done in person or by phone.
