Aryles Hedjar, MD, is a board-certified internist by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his doctor of medicine degree at the Eastern Virginia Medical School, in Norfolk, VA, and completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, in Manhasset/New Hyde Park, NY.

Dr. Hedjar has contributed to several research projects and case reports in the fields of hematology and oncology. His work includes a 2019 case report on pancytopenia and thrombotic microangiopathy in B12 deficiency, and an ongoing study on ctDNA dynamics in metastatic pancreatic cancer, with anticipated publication in 2024.

In addition to his medical career, Dr. Hedjar has diverse personal interests. He has played the clarinet for 11 years, enjoys learning trivia, and is passionate about traveling, hiking, and biking. He also has proficiency in French and some knowledge of Spanish and Berber.

    My thanks goes out to Doctor (Dr. Hedjar) And the team ( PA Allison) especially my Nurses (Nurse Danita) Nurse Mindy, Nurse Brigette and Nurse Emily Pod 2. And especially Nurse Najah and Nurse Brandy and Nurse Terri Pod 1, For making it easier for me when I am sad or even hurting because of my Sickle Cell Disease. These Nurses take their time to help me out as much possible for me to feel better and not to be thinking about my pain that is always there. Also I'd like to thank Nurse Emily, Nurse Madina because they all watch out for me. Thanks from the bottom of my heart

    He is very helpful and respectful.. Nurses are wonderful and the whole office is like a ray of sunshine... Great doctor and grateful to have him
