One of the most common recommendations by doctors for injury prevention
and recovery is hot or cold therapy.
Also known as cryotherapy, applying ice immediately after an injury or
physical trauma constricts blood flow and slows bleeding and swelling.
Ice or cold therapy can also reduce pain and muscle spasm. Applying ice
to injured areas decreases the metabolic rate of cells, which limits the
risk of cell death after an injury and helps prevent long-term damage.
Heat therapy increases blood circulation allowing relaxation and ease of
movement for muscles. It stimulates blood flow to injured areas
after the swelling has gone down to promote healing and recovery of damaged tissues.
Therapearl offers solutions for comfortable and effective heat and ice therapy. Available

hot or cold temperatures for the doctor recommended 20 minutes. Therapearl
