*We have exciting news! Mary Washington Orthopedics in affiliation with FOA is bringing two locations together. The Fall Hill Avenue location (3310 Fall Hill Avenue) will move on April 27, followed by the Wellford Street location (2800 Wellford Street) on May 4. Both locations will combine into one new office at 1301 Sam Perry Boulevard, Suite 200, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. The neighboring physical therapy offices are not moving at this time.
