D. Kay Blanchard, MD,FACS,PhD

Dr. Blanchard is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons. Her areas of interest include treatment and care of breast cancer patients, with emphasis on breast-conserving therapies, partial breast irradiation, and oncoplastic surgery techniques in a compassionate setting with the most effective methods of detecting and treating breast diseases, both benign and malignant. Dr. Blanchard has 20 years of experience caring for and treating breast cancer surgery patients.
