Dr. Ajmera joined the practice in June 2019. He completed his internal medicine residency at Cooper University Hospital and gastroenterology fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital. He previously served as Chief of Gastroenterology at Marshall University/Cabell Huntington Hospital in West Virginia.

Board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, Dr. Ajmera specializes in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, as well as advanced interventions like endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), luminal stenting, and radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for conditions such as early-stage GI cancer, stricture, and Barrett's esophagus.

In his free time, Dr. Ajmera enjoys traveling, yoga, snowboarding, and CrossFit.

    Worst visit I have ever had with a physician. Did have any of my records, brushed off my issues as poor American diet. Concerning finding a new gastroenterologist office.
