Munib Aftab, MD
Munib Aftab, MD, is a board-certified rheumatologist who completed his medical training in Pakistan. He then completed a residency in internal medicine at Harlem Hospital Center at Columbia University in New York, New York, and his fellowship in rheumatology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Dr. Aftab treats autoimmune diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, ankylosing spondylitis, vasculitis, and polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR). In addition, he treats osteoporosis or osteopenia.
In his free time, he likes to immerse himself in the beauty of nature through hiking and biking, two activities that not only rejuvenate his spirit but also enhance his creativity and problem-solving skills.

I was taken back for my appointment in a timely fashion. The only slightly negative comment might be that maybe my BP would have been lower if I had been sitting down a bit longer than I was when it was taken. Perhaps their time schedule doesn't allow for that.

This medical office is outstanding. I respect each and everyone of them. I have PMR and know I am getting the best care possible.
