At Mary Washington Healthcare, we know medical costs can be confusing. We want to make it easier by giving you price estimates for upcoming procedures. Insurance plans can be different, but we promise to be clear about costs as part of the care we provide.
What is a Price Estimate?
A price estimate is a guess of what you may need to pay based on your procedure, the equipment used, and your insurance plan. The final amount depends on your insurance benefits, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and agreements with our hospital.

Does Mary Washington Healthcare Provide Financial Assistance?
Yes. A Patient Financial Navigator is available to review your account to determine the level of assistance we can offer. We first determine if you are eligible for financial assistance (free care). If you aren't eligible, we will review your account to see if you are eligible for a discount. If you cannot pay the entire amount of the bill, we may set up a payment plan so you can pay your bill over time.
All of your information is kept confidential and only used to determine whether you are eligible for financial assistance from Mary Washington Healthcare. We never share your information with any other organization.
