Making 2025 a Fabulous Flu-Free Year

As the New Year begins, it’s the perfect time to prioritize your health, and one of the easiest ways to do so is by getting your flu shot. If you have diabetes, vaccination is especially important, as you are at a higher risk for severe complications from the flu, such as fluctuating blood sugar levels, pneumonia, and hospitalization. The flu shot can help protect you from these risks.
If you haven’t received your flu shot yet, don’t worry—it’s still not too late! Flu season can extend well into the spring, and vaccination remains one of the best ways to protect yourself from illness.
Take control of your health and start the New Year off right. Visit vaccines.gov to find a pharmacy near you and schedule your flu shot today. Because remember, it’s never too late to vaccinate!
Wishing you good health and happiness in 2025,
