The Mary Washington Healthcare Neurology Residency is a three-year program (PGY-2 through PGY-4) with four residents per class. Training is primarily at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA with rotations in pediatric neurology at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC.
Residents rotate through the full spectrum of neurology — inpatient, outpatient, consultative, and critical care — with progressive responsibility across all three years. All residents hold a protected, longitudinal half-day continuity clinic weekly throughout training.
