Mary Washington Healthcare hosting free Community Baby Shower for new and expecting parents

Who: Mary Washington Healthcare

What: This free event is designed to support families who have welcomed a baby in the last year or are expecting. Key highlights include:

• Educational sessions: Free 15-minute sessions on postpartum mental health, midwifery, and more, led by MWHC experts.
• Community resources: Meet more than 40 local businesses and organizations.
• Raffles and goodie bags: Attendees will have the chance to win amazing prizes and receive goodie bags.
• Language support: In-person interpreters available at no cost for Spanish and Dari, Pashto and Farsi speakers.

Registration is encouraged to help ensure activities, snacks and treats for everyone. A confirmation email will include a QR code for faster admission and entry into raffle prize drawings.
