Program Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) obtained from an ACPE-accredited advanced pharmacy program (by start date)
• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia (licensed within 90 days after start date)
• Academic transcript
• Curriculum Vitae
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
