Purpose of this registry:
- The data registry, Integrated Care Repository for Cancer Research (iCaRe2), will provide core support services for multi-disciplinary research for breast cancer.
- It is the hope that future research using information from this registry will lead to improved diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer.
Who can participate:
- Cancer patients, survivors, and their families and friends
- Age 19 years and older
Requirements:
- A one-time in-person visit with the research staff
- Complete questionnaires about yourself including medical history, diet and lifestyle habits, environmental exposures and family history
- Annual follow-up questionnaires
*All questionnaires can be completed in the comfort of your own home.
Compensation:
There is no cost to you to be in this registry and you will not be paid for your participation.
