Sasha-Kay D'Aguilar, MD

Dr. Sasha-Kay D’Aguilar is a dedicated primary care physician serving patients in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She provides comprehensive care for adults, focusing on preventative medicine, cardiovascular health, kidney health, and women’s health. Dr. D’Aguilar is passionate about helping patients maintain and improve their well-being through personalized health maintenance, promotion, and counseling.

Dr. D’Aguilar brings a wealth of experience from her work in both outpatient and hospital settings, including JenCare Senior Medical Center, Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, and Mary Washington Healthcare. She collaborates closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop effective treatment plans and ensure continuity of care for her patients.

She completed her medical degree at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, and her residency in Internal Medicine at Southeast Health in Alabama. Dr. D’Aguilar is board-certified and holds certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

• Administrative Resident, PGY-3, assisting with curriculum development, resident wellness, and education
• 2nd Place Clinical Vignette Award for ACOM/Society of Hospital Medicine Poster Competition
• Grant collaborator for a proactive curriculum and wellness measurement tool for residents

Outside of medicine, Dr. D’Aguilar enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies and shows, traveling, discovering new restaurants, reading mystery and romance novels, and watching sports with her husband.
