Donna J. Carmosky, MD

Dr. Carmosky brings 35 years of experience in healthcare and psychiatric care, with dual board certifications in Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She excels in the evaluation and medication management of adult patients.

Previously, Dr. Carmosky had a private practice in Prince William County. From 2000 to 2016, she worked at Novant/UVA Health Prince William Medical Center Northern Virginia Psychiatric Associates in Manassas, VA, where she was employed as a psychiatrist. She provided outpatient medication management for adults.

As Department Chair, she introduced regular chart reviews to monitor and promote quality of care. She actively participated in the Medical Executive Committee and the Performance Improvement Committee, where she also served as Chair. Before this, Dr. Carmosky worked as a staff psychiatrist in various locations in North Carolina and Maryland.
