Our New Mom Connection Circle meets monthly and offers a welcoming space for connection, shared experiences, and support during the transition into motherhood. Discussions may include adjusting to life with a newborn, managing stress, building confidence, and building community with other moms.

From time to time, we may offer optional educational sessions in partnership with hospital departments, covering topics such as car seat safety, postpartum recovery, or infant nutrition.

The group is open to all mothers who have delivered at Mary Washington or Stafford Hospitals. While the focus is on first‑time moms, experienced moms are also welcome. Due to space limitations, siblings are not able to attend at this time. Moms are generally encouraged to attend during the first six months postpartum, with flexibility to continue if they find the group helpful.

Once a month on 2nd Wednesdays, 10:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
