Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center
Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center (FASC) is the only tertiary-level
outpatient surgery facility in the greater Fredericksburg region.
We provide care for:
- Dental
- Ear, nose, and throat (ENT)
- Gynecology
- Neurology
- Orthopedics
- Ophthalmology
- Pain management procedures
- Podiatry
- Urology
"Tertiary” care means that we have medical professionals on
staff with expertise in areas that other outpatient surgical centers do
not. And as a partner and neighbor to Mary Washington Hospital, we are
supported by the full range of hospital resources.
The Care Thousands of Patients Trust
FASC has been performing same day surgeries in the community since 1987.
Now with six state-of-the-art operating rooms and more than 80 professionals
on staff, we perform 7,000 procedures annually, that is more than 130
cases per week.
This means your care will be delivered by professionals with
lots of experience.
Since 2016, our patients have ranked us in the top 1% of outpatient surgery
centers. This demonstrates our strong commitment to quality. We are accredited
by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), a
distinction that signifies full compliance with high national standards for care.
