Power of Pink Breast Cancer Walk

WHO & WHEN: Lace up your sneakers and join the Mary Washington Hospital Foundation on Saturday, October 4 for the 2025 Power of Pink Breast Cancer Walk. This inspiring annual event raises funds for the Breast Cancer Fund, supporting patients and families in our community.

WHAT & WHERE: Enjoy a scenic 2.2-mile walk along Cowan Boulevard, looping around the Mary Washington Hospital campus. The walk begins and ends at the John F. Fick, III Conference Center parking lot—an accessible and convenient location for all participants.

Highlights of the Day:
Gather your friends, family, coworkers, or club members and register under a team name to compete in the Largest Group Contest. The team with the most participants will earn bragging rights and a special prize.

Show off your pink pride by dressing to impress—prizes will be awarded for the best pink outfits in three age categories: ages 12 and under, ages 13–20, and ages 21 and older. Don’t forget to dress up your furry friends, they’re part of the fun too!

Packet Pick-Up:

Packet pickup will be held at Fleet Feet, located at 1993 Carl D. Silver Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401, on Friday, October 3 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. If you’re unable to attend, you can pick up your packet on the morning of the walk starting at 7:30 a.m. in the large parking lot at John F. Fick, III Conference Center, where the walk will start and end.
