Virginia Baker, MD, specializes in the diagnosis and management of general neurologic conditions, with a focus on neuroimmunology and multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Baker went to medical school at the University of Virginia through the HPSP military scholarship and completed her neurology residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. After serving eight years as a military neurologist in Virginia, California, North Carolina, and Japan, she pursued further training in neuroimmunology and multiple sclerosis at Duke University.

When home from work, Dr. Baker loves to spend time outdoors with her young children (twins!). She enjoys running, hiking, and getting to enjoy the fresh air. She loves sharing experiences, listening to music, and debating with loved ones.
