Victoria "Vicki" Gelb obtained her BSN from the University of Louisiana of Lafayette. She went on to receive her Masters of Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global. During her nursing career she has worked in Pediatric and Internal Medicine Clinics and was a school nurse while concurrently working on the Renal/Respiratory floor at Mary Washington Hospital—which later turned into the COVID Unit. She joins us from BetterMed Urgent Care.
Vicki has two children at Virginia Tech and loves to travel with her husband and read in her free time. Vicki's practice focuses on compassion, respect and patient education. She believes that medicine should be patient-focused care, promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

I absolutely love the office atmosphere and the front desk people!! Dr. Vicky is hands down the best doctor I have ever had and she makes me feel very seen in my concerns and/questions. She is kind, understanding and human, she always makes it her job to help me with whatever I need and I greatly appreciate the time and attention they give me every single visit.

10 out of 10 positive. I wouldn't keep driving 45 minutes to see them if I weren't happy. It is always a good experience.
