Victoria "Vicki" Gelb obtained her BSN from the University of Louisiana of Lafayette. She went on to receive her Masters of Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global. During her nursing career she has worked in Pediatric and Internal Medicine Clinics and was a school nurse while concurrently working on the Renal/Respiratory floor at Mary Washington Hospital—which later turned into the COVID Unit. She joins us from BetterMed Urgent Care.
Vicki has two children at Virginia Tech and loves to travel with her husband and read in her free time. Vicki's practice focuses on compassion, respect and patient education. She believes that medicine should be patient-focused care, promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

Victoria Gelb is the BEST PCP I have ever had!! She has made it so I actually look forward to going to the doctor's office! She is so kind, so knowledgeable, she takes my concerns seriously, and makes me feel comfortable at all times. Give this woman a raise please.
