Victoria "Vicki" Gelb obtained her BSN from the University of Louisiana of Lafayette. She went on to receive her Masters of Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global. During her nursing career she has worked in Pediatric and Internal Medicine Clinics and was a school nurse while concurrently working on the Renal/Respiratory floor at Mary Washington Hospital—which later turned into the COVID Unit. She joins us from BetterMed Urgent Care.
Vicki has two children at Virginia Tech and loves to travel with her husband and read in her free time. Vicki's practice focuses on compassion, respect and patient education. She believes that medicine should be patient-focused care, promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

I am so glad to be under NP Gelb, she is wonderful and has been caring and supportive during my sickly time. She has not only helped me physically, she also help me mentally. I look forward to seeing her and the staff. They are excellent and I have definitely been referring family and friends.
