Tara Clark, FNP-C

Tara Y. Clark is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in nursing, urgent care, and clinical practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in 2019, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tara also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Florida.

Since 2023, Tara has worked at Virginia Internal Medicine, where she provided comprehensive care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on the management of both acute and chronic conditions. She also has extensive experience in urgent care and wellness services, having previously worked at CenterCare Urgent Care and Signify, where she conducted physical exams, diagnosed conditions, and provided preventative care. Tara's previous roles include serving as a registered nurse at Carriage Hill Health and Rehab, where she supervised nursing staff and coordinated patient care.

In addition to her clinical experience, Tara has worked as a laboratory manager and technician, where she gained proficiency in diagnostic testing and laboratory procedures. Her diverse clinical background also includes experience in pediatrics, women's health, and mental health treatment, particularly in ketamine infusion therapy for depression and pain management.
