Seana Sears, MD,FACOG

Dr. Seana Sears is a compassionate and highly dedicated physician who continues to make significant contributions to the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Throughout her career, she remains committed to improving patient outcomes, particularly in family planning and women’s health. Dr. Sears is certified in laparoscopic surgery, demonstrating her expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques.

Dr. Sears is known for her academic achievements and research contributions. She presents her research at notable conferences and publishes findings that advance clinical understanding. Some of her significant works include her research on pregnancy outcomes in women with positive depression and anxiety screens, and her groundbreaking work on osteosarcoma treatments, which wins First Prize at the University of West Virginia Van Liere Research Symposium.

Dr. Sears also contributes to the scientific literature, co-authoring a published study in Annals of Surgery and Perioperative Care on the role of breast ultrasound in postoperative care for breast reconstruction patients.
