Dr. Crouse was so nice and friendly. She is obviously very knowledgeable about her field but explains things using simple language and terms. I very much appreciate her getting me in to see her timely as my new symptoms are very scary. The front desk was also extremely friendly and welcoming. Naomi is so bubbly and made me feel very welcome. Nurse practitioner Amy was not at my appointment today but I wanted to take the time to sing her praises, as well. She is amazing! So smart and pleasant and her passion for nursing and education is palpable. She is a pleasure to know.

Dr. Crouse and the entire staff were excellent - consistently professional and, even more importantly, genuinely personable. I highly recommend them. They're prime examples of the kind of employees Mary Washington should continue to seek out and proudly support.
