Dr. Hernandez graduated in 1986 from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena in the Dominican Republic. He completed both his internship and family residency in Connecticut and then pursued a fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hernandez is a board-certified family practitioner and has practiced in Fredericksburg since 1993.

There occurred a problem with the new prescription and my Insurance. Through Insurance there was a problem and Dr. Hernandez has worked diligently to get the medication approved. I went through MY CHART and he has responded promptly. I have always been pleased with the care and concern I have received from Dr. Hernandez.
