Dr. Hernandez graduated in 1986 from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena in the Dominican Republic. He completed both his internship and family residency in Connecticut and then pursued a fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hernandez is a board-certified family practitioner and has practiced in Fredericksburg since 1993.

Dr. Hernandez has always been a great dr for me. Great bedside manner very knowledgeable knows exatly what i need to do or where to send me. Very motivational about my well being. Lab and front desk and nurses have always been helpful polite .
