Micaiah Landrum, PA-C

Micaiah Landrum is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in trauma and acute care surgery. Micaiah is passionate about leading rapid assessments and resuscitation for trauma patients, performing a wide range of operative and bedside procedures—including chest tubes, central and arterial lines, and wound management—and assisting in the operating room.

Micaiah also provides comprehensive postoperative care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex polytrauma.

With a background as a firefighter and paramedic, Micaiah brings a calm, decisive approach to high-pressure situations and is dedicated to advancing trauma care through ongoing education and staying current with the latest advances in the field. Micaiah’s experience includes leadership roles in emergency response, clinical instruction, and mentoring, as well as active involvement in community health and safety initiatives.

Outside of work, Micaiah enjoys making memories with family through outdoor adventures—traveling to new destinations, hiking rugged trails, relaxing on sunny beaches, kayaking serene rivers, and paddleboarding in the sun. Micaiah also volunteers as a firefighter/paramedic and dedicates extra time to continuing medical education and exploring the latest in critical care literature.
