Maya Bryer, PA-C, earned an MS in physician assistant studies from Towson State University located in Towson, MD, in 2009, and completed her medical degree in pediatrics from Astrakhan State Medical School located in Astrakhan, Russia in 1994. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and also holds certifications for ACLS and BLS.
Maya has been working in the medical-surgical unit for ten years, caring for mostly bariatric surgery patients. She also has four years’ experience working in internal medicine as a hospitalist. She speaks both English and Russian and loves dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, boating, camping, and cooking.
