Marc Cook, DO
Marc Cook, DO is a board-certified family medicine and obesity medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. He has special interests in obesity medicine, osteopathic medicine and dry needling.
Dr. Cook earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at the Ft. Bragg Family Medicine Residency Program.
Before joining Mary Washington Healthcare, Dr. Cook served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Major and holding several leadership positions, including Chief of Primary Care.
He is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals through evidence-based care and a whole-person approach to medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Cook enjoys martial arts, swordsmanship and cooking.
