Maduka C. Nnadozie, MD

Dr. Maduka Nnadozie is a double board-certified family and sports medicine doctor who focuses on helping people stay healthy and active. He enjoys working with patients of all ages to prevent illness, improve athletic performance, and provide treatments that are backed by science.

Dr. Nnadozie offers complete primary care and sports medicine services. He specializes in treating joint and muscle problems without surgery, managing concussions, and using advanced techniques like ultrasound to guide certain treatments.

He completed advanced training in sports medicine at Waco Family Medicine Institute in Texas, where he cared for college and high school athletes and performed specialized procedures. Before that, he trained in family medicine at AtlantiCare in New Jersey, serving as Chief Resident and helping lead diversity and inclusion efforts.

Dr. Nnadozie has also contributed to research on athletic performance, chronic pain, and heart health in people with diabetes. He has spoken at national conferences on topics such as caring for female athletes, back pain, and sports-related head injuries. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Outside of work, Dr. Nnadozie enjoys playing a variety of sports, playing chess online with his friends, and spending time with his family.
