Jamie Holder, PMHNP-BC

Ms. Holder is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 27 years of nursing experience specializing in psychiatry. As an RN, she worked in acute inpatient care and psychosocial rehabilitation settings.

She pursued a career in nursing after graduating from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Ohio University. It was then, through her dedication and love of psychiatric nursing, that she earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University with the specialization of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.

Ms. Holder has a passion for mental health and is committed to providing a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment. She realizes that seeking treatment requires a degree of bravery and that finding the right provider, one that you trust and feel comfortable with, can sometimes be a challenge. In providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment, she enjoys collaborating with individuals to develop a plan to help them reach a more optimal level of mental and physical well-being.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, even better if they are at the beach.
