Etsub Samuel, MD

Etsub Samuel, MD, is a skilled general neurologist with extensive training and clinical experience in neurology. She recently completed her Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine. Prior to this, she completed a Neurology Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX, where she gained ample experience in various neurological conditions and treatments.

Dr. Samuel has been actively involved in patient care, teaching, and research throughout her career, including providing educational lectures for medical students and residents, such as "Neurophobia" lectures on common neurology topics for non-neurologists among others. Additionally, she has presented cases at grand rounds and participated in a couple of research projects during her residency. 

Dr. Samuel’s educational background includes her medical degree from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, where she also led a research project on child maltreatment. She holds several certifications, including NIHSS stroke certification, ACLS, and BLS certifications.

Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association. Dr. Samuel has demonstrated a commitment to both medical education and community service through volunteer work with organizations such as the Ethiopian Red Cross and the Young Women's Christian Association.

In her free time, Dr. Samuel enjoys reading books, listening to music, socializing, and being a mother.
