Elizabeth Ichite-Nnadozie, MD

Elizabeth Ichite-Nnadozie, MD, is a triple board-certified physician specializing in family medicine, sports medicine and obesity medicine. She is passionate about preventive health, weight management, musculoskeletal care, performance optimization and helping patients improve their overall health and wellness. 

Dr. Ichite-Nnadozie is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine and is a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She completed her sports medicine fellowship and family medicine residency at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. She earned her medical degree and a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from the Florida State University College of Medicine and her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Florida State University. 

In addition, Dr. Ichite-Nnadozie has been recognized for her commitment to service, leadership and community involvement. She received the Community Cares Award from the Florida State University College of Medicine, the Dean’s Scholarship for Service in Primary Care and the Golden Nole Award from the Florida State University Athletics Department.  

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, attending sporting events and staying active through running, strength training and other forms of exercise.
