Dr. Nicholas received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, VA, and completed his residency in psychiatry at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA.
He has also been actively involved in medical mission trips both domestically and internationally. Dr. Nicholas is a distinguished member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Psychiatric Society of Virginia. His expertise lies in the evaluation and medication management of adult patients.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Nicholas enjoys exercising, reading science fiction novels, and playing the guitar.

The office workers, doctors and receptionists are always so helpful and courteous!!

Felt very comfortable with Dr. Nicholas. He's very easy to talk to and a great listener. I wasn't rushed at all, he went over all of my meds. I'm now taking half my previous dosage and wake up feeling clear headed and well rested. I'm very happy to have him as my Doctor.

It was my first visit with Dr. Nicholas; previously I was patient of Dr. Carmosky. Dr. Nicholas and I had a wonderful visit, I found him very personable, easy to talk to.
