Dr. Dana Brown is a highly skilled and compassionate family medicine physician with a strong educational and clinical background. She earned her undergraduate degree from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University, where she developed a solid foundation in the sciences, fostering a deep interest in medicine and healthcare.

Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Brown pursued her medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where she honed her clinical knowledge and skills in a variety of medical disciplines. After completing medical school, Dr. Brown began her professional training with an internship at the Medical College of Virginia (VCU Health), which provided her with comprehensive exposure to a range of medical conditions and patient care scenarios.

Building on this experience, she went on to complete a two-year family medicine residency at Hanover Family Physicians in Mechanicsville, VA. During her residency, she gained extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide array of health issues across patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Her training emphasized patient-centered care, preventative medicine, and the development of long-term relationships with patients and families.
