Try to listen to patient concerns and dont try to rush things, I didn't feel secure during this visit when the provider ca.e in and I try to ask questions or voice concerns. It was like am boarding her she need to see other patients.

Compared to previous experience with same office I was very off put. the physician had no knowledge of my history and was very short in our time together. I was told about a complication and exited the office within 5 minutes. There was no explanation of baby's anatomy or chance to ask about previous things seen on scans.

I'm just used providers seeming like they care more. This prrovider seemed cold, like she's just completing the next task in her day. The person doing my imaging was warm and kind.

The provider did not have the accurate information about my medical background and did not seem interested in trying to clarify the information. I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was not comfortable asking questions.
