Dr. Keator is a board-certified family medicine physician. Prior to joining Mary Washington Medical Group, she was an outpatient family medicine physician at Stonewall Medical Group - Mon Health Medical Center in Weston, WV.
While there, she provided volunteer sports physicals for Lewis County and was a volunteer preceptor for NP students. Dr. Keator is a Stafford, VA native who enjoys drawing, archery, and computer games, and spending time with her husband, two dogs and four cats.

I understand that Dr Keator has an extremely heavy load of patients and insurance is an issue, they don't want me to take up too much time. Dr Keator and I did have a chance to speak about some concerns I have. I just felt like all the information I was getting was overwhelming in how quickly it was disseminated. Again, always a time crunch at an appt. She did mention about using MyChart to contact her and also mentioned I could call the office and leave a message if she wasn't available. This was only my second visit with her and we're still getting to know each other. This isn't really a complaint, it's a fact of life, you're going to wait in the waiting room, then the exam room and then you get to see the doctor. It was this way with my previous primary care in WV too. I'm really liking Dr Keator and look forward to working with her regarding my health.

I love Dr Keator. She is very kind and easy to talk to and I feel like she really digs in to answer any questions or figure out any oddities in bloodwork. I truly appreciate her.
